Meet David Dick, owner of Automotive Specialty Training (AST) and the owner/operator of Auto RS Group and Quarry Beach Coin wash.  David is an industrial engineer with extensive experience in process improvements and waste identification processes.  After a career in senior level roles focused on training and development in the automotive manufacturing sector, David decided to take the leap to create something of his own as an entrepreneur and business owner in a sector that he is passionate about - his mission is to be a leader in the automotive detail and reconditioning industry.  Having successfully made the leap, David wants to assist others in launching their own careers in this exciting industry or assist in generating additional income.

As a hobby, David has owned and sold more than 100 different vehicles over the years all having had challenges with paint and body repair.  His vehicles included new and vintage, high end sports and luxury cars.

Auto RS Group will provide guidance and leading-edge knowledge in this ever growing and changing industry.  Yesterday’s autos, SUVs, boats, Motorcycles and Coach Designs all require continual care and maintenance protection to meet the harsh environmental conditions.  Our programs are designed to assist you in every was so you will receive the training to be successful.
